Don Burgher is President and Owner of Florida Insurance Brokers. In 1981 after attending the University of Kentucky, Don founded Florida Insurance Brokers and brings over 30 years of plan design and health insurance concepts to his Agency.
Based on the principles of integrity, honesty and commitment he has built a company dedicated to providing Employee Health Benefits. In addition, Don currently is an active member of the Greater Hernando Chamber of Commerce and the Nature Coast Human Resources Society.
Gerry Ruffner – Benefits Specialist / Date & Rate Analyst
Gerry processes renewals, prepares quotes for presentation, compiles benefit information for employee enrollment, updates compliance documents, and works with the Sales and Service Departments to provide administrative support. She holds her 02-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuity License with the state and her goal is in providing timely, organized and efficient processing of group renewals and new business submission.
Deadra Tilley – Client Service Manager
Deadra is our Client Service Manager, working to provide prompt insight and resolution to group benefit inquiries and customer service issues.
